E46 M3 design, ever to get dated?
Curious. With the releasing of the new 3 series coupe, and the highly expectated M3 to come out in another year, would you guys then look at the current (e46) M3 as dated.
I look at the current M3 and it seems soo attractive. Then I look at the currently released 3 series coupe, with ideas of how the upcoming M3 will look like, and although it looks promising, it also looks like the flavor of the month type design. Not anything close to what the current e46 M3 has done. Opinions, comments, all welcome. Joy |
the classic e46, e39, and e53 designs will never look date imo...

Has production of that vehicle stopped? Will BMW keep making it until the new one realeses or what? I would love to get into an awesome lease deal at the end of its lifetime. I'd be getting the final version with all the glitches fixed ect...
It would look nice next to my 4.8is |
yes... production on e46 m3 has stopped.. no new orders... just working to fulfill what's left of the pipeline...

Love my 2005 E46 M3
The E46 M3 is really a classic. It looks spectacular when it's parked as well as when it's on the road. You can't help but give it a second look. If the new M3 is going to look anything like the current 3 series, I'll never give up my M3.

I have a e46 330ci, Its the closest thing I can get to a M3 right now but my X will be paid off next year and I will be trading it in and getting a Imola Red M3 (E46) mark my words..... Kinda off topic but I am also really digging the 550i does anyone have one or has anyone ever driven one???

Personally, I don't think any M car looks dated... especially the e36 :D

IMO, yes...it's only natural. If you see an E46 next to an E36..it is obvious which is the newer ride. The same will hold true with the next M3. This doesn't hold true for bias Bimmer drivers :)
