I love the rear end and the side view, but the front just isn't doing it for me. Color choice is great though. Rims are good, but not the best IMO.

Sorry, but no. Price of admission is $59,195 base. Sport is a must, so that's already over $60k. Bimmers have gotten very expensive.

I dislike the black grill, and call me crazy but isn't that just a Euro 5-series M Sport Package (basically M5 kit plus fog lamps) with a different mesh intake and M6 rims?

The answer is yes, if you don't mind driving a CPO. There's plenty of '06's around for well under $60K. I'm driving a loaner 550i sport this week (the 530xi is in the shop getting some scratches removed). As Josh said, it's pedestrian. The Steptronic really dumbs it down. I would get more excitement out of it if it had a stick. But it has plenty of giddyap when properly summoned. Considering the number of 525i's and 530i's around, it's a wolf in sheep's clothing.

Wow, almost caught me off guard. Thought it was an M5 until I saw the side mirrors and fog lights. Sweet car.
