Found this very good Top Gear clip that shows the 535d....and races it around, then races it against a 545i. I must say, the red 535d they show is the best looking E60 I have ever seen...better then the M5 IMO....I think it is called the M Sport model...but anyways it looks amazing in red.

Good Top Gear material. BMW is def ruling the world of diesel, no questions asked. Considering the diesel has a lower upfront cost, lower operating cost and just as quick, how could one not get one given the option?

That M-Sport kit is teh hotness.

Yes, those diesels are great. I used to have a 530 diesel, and I loved the torque it had. Just wish we had the X5 diesels in US also.
