Pics of the 335i, as promised.

Sorry for the bad quality.. I've been incredibly busy. This week has been spent preparing for finals and graduation. I'll clean her up and take better pics once I get the time...

Boston X5 4.4 05-31-2007 09:12 AM

Congrats, great color combo....I'll be looking for you zooming by on 93

AzNMpower32 05-31-2007 10:07 AM

:hawt:. I love that combo, good choices. Now just keep that right foot mostly off the right pedal.........that thing had so much torque I was zooming way fast even with my foot halfway down. That thing effortlessly brings you up to speed quick!

Acceleration and top speed figures are meant for comparison purposes only. Do not attempt on public roads. Remember to follow all posted speed laws and regulations. Always wear a seat belt.

jwilburn 05-31-2007 10:16 AM

Wow wow wow. Very nice! I am quite jealous. Hey when heading down to FL, want to swing by DC and give me a ride in the new 3er?? ;)

It's a great song. I don't know how it's possible NOT to like that song!

Not one bit. I don't even miss driving a standard. The automatic is perfect! I miss the feel of having a clutch, but that's about it.

I'm probably going to be in Boston tonight, so if you see a Montego 3-er on the 93.. wave!

I know what you mean! There is so much power, but it's so smooth you don't even realize how fast you're going. Pulling away from a light, I'll just be accelerating normally and I'll look in the rearview mirror and realize I just left everyone in the dust!

JV 05-31-2007 11:33 AM

Very nice, CJ! Hope you enjoy and keep the miles low (although for you, that's damn near impossible!).

MrLabGuy 05-31-2007 12:15 PM

Now you just need a V1 Radar Detector hard wired into the headliner at the top of the window. That will remove the cord and make the unit more stealthy. Try talking yourself out of a ticket if you get pulled over by a police officer not using radar with that thing right there.

By mounting it up top you can lower the visor to cover the radar detector if you get unlucky enough to get pulled over the conventional way.

Michael

Hardwire the radar, remove the front plate(if legal in your state) Great color combo, why cant they have that interior(or red) for a X5

Come visit dude :2thumbs: SICK ride!

Meiac09 05-31-2007 09:02 PM

PS, where does the RTTI work for, just Massport and other in-town and major arteries type of things or for most roads?

I'm planning on doing a hardwire. I had actually planned to have the dealer do it while they were prepping the car for delivery. NH requires a front plate.. otherwise it would be GONE.

I was expecting it to just work in Boston. But it apparently gets info on I-93 and I-89 through NH, and I"d assume I-95 too. It even had a small backup I was in on I-393 here in Concord the other day.

Meiac09 06-01-2007 02:29 PM

:wow: i gotta get me one of those then...
yeah right ;)

Congrats CJ! That Saddle Interior is beautiful. You will not miss the E46. The E90/E92's are such complete cars.

Trendari 07-14-2007 02:00 PM

Nice color combo!

I don't see that interior color choice on the bmwusa website...how did you get that?
