What do you think? Bad ass, or too much?

dr.jay 09-27-2008 06:24 PM

Awesome, thats how they should come stock

vinuneuro 09-27-2008 06:41 PM

Looks pretty good to me..clean. Front spoiler/splitter could be a tad higher off the ground. The Hartage wheels are my fav E90 though.

Krunk Man 09-27-2008 09:50 PM

front spoiler is too much, everything else looks good.

AzNMpower32 09-27-2008 10:48 PM

Too much, but my mod tastes are conservative.

FSETH 09-28-2008 01:10 AM

I seem to agree with the majority. The front splitter/spoiler is a tad low. It appears to be an add on piece to the existing spoiler, right? If you were to remove that, it would be just about right, IMO. Otherwise, it looks very mean.

awesome

:iagree: with everyone on the front spoiler. It looks very tacked on and it's too much especially when the trunk spoiler is so subtle.

He's got tint film over his ambers like I do. :D

GUINNESS 09-29-2008 10:18 AM

Bah, perfect the way it is. The Mtech lip compliments the Mtech bumper very well. At least I think that's the Mtech lip.

Kevin, how did you apply tint film to the front ambers?

I'm about to do this mod, maybe i can help.

I purchased a smoked out 3m kit off ebay. They make them prefitted for the headlights.

I was just going to line it up on the headlight, take a razor, and cut out everything besides corners.

Yep - :iagree: that looks like the Mtech lip. It needs to be lowered a little bit more and it would be perfect.

GUINNESS 09-29-2008 01:34 PM

I wouldn't lower it any more... in fact I might raise it a hair. Lower /= better.

Krunk, link to the ebay smoked out 3m kit?

Krunk Man 09-29-2008 02:09 PM

link

this guy is an authorized 3m dealer, not sure if this stuff is 3m. It has a 5 year war

I wouldn't mess with any DIY cut kits. It's a major PITA. I got my pre-cut smoked film for my E90 from a guy on E90post.com. I can look up his e-mail info if you like. Send me a PM. It's been very durable so far and looks great. It's not as dark as the car in the OP's post. It's a more subtle but still dark smoke.
