Another bimmer on order - 2010 335XI...
 

So I finally convinced my wife to get rid of her 04 ES330 and get another bimmer. It was sorta birthday present for me, but I am not sure she will be able to handle X5, so we will be sharing both cars :rolleyes:

It is 335XI Sedan, Monaco Blue, with just about all goodies (didnt go for MSport, no heating wheel :yikes:)

Here are some pics, the production should start next week (thanks to Chuck at JMK BMW in NJ), with ETA probably mid January. I HATE THE WAIT !!!!!!!!

Hooraaayyyyyyyyyyy!!! Production started today at 4:32am !!! ETA to complete 1 week from now. Consulting shipping company's schedule ...

Checking shipping schedules.... The most probable ship my car will be on is ELEKTRA, which departs "Bimmerhaven" on Dec 24th and arrives NYC on Wed Jan 6th... Most likely pickup on Sat Jan 9th or Monday Jan 11th...

Should have the N55 by then, which would be single turbo goodness?

no. The new motor is not making it into the 335i until later.

Yeah, before production started I was calling it 4x a day :rolleyes:

Now only once a day. The 800# is 24hrs behind the operator... The web site is behind.... perpetually.... :bustingup

Called them up, and also got confirmation from my CA.
