why would anyone pay extra for chrome window surrounds? they come as standard on basic models, people do the oppisite usually!

I have no idea .. If it was me I would get the shadowline as I had on my X5 .. but original owner is having a different taste!

It would cost you a lot to put shadowline on there now but would make such a difference. with it having the chrome window surrounds and M6 wheels if I was to see it out on the road I would of thought it would of been a fake, I'm not saying it is a fake but that would be my thought if I see it,

I thought the same too, but the guy who has M5 seats and does not remove chrome line exterior in a regular E60 then its not fake its the real deal :P a copy would try their best to hide the signs which also starts from tinting the windows 100%, because almost no copy-M5's does the interior, there was this one guy from cyprus on the e60 forum did the whole nine yards...

Nice car. Great choice. Not really feeling the M6 wheels though. Not bad, just wouldn't be my wheel choice.

Your BMW dealership looks like an apartment complex? Do they keep all the inventory indoors?

Plasti-Dip. Cheap, spray, matte black, but looks great.

Every copy iv seen which isnt many have had the interior done, they have to do so much bodywork to the outside that it would be silly not to do the inside,
i aint knocking the car , im not saying his one is a fake, but if i see it going along then i would think that it was fake with that chrome surround and those wheels, but it dont matter what i think, its just my opinion
