Front/Rear Big Brake Kit for E53/E70/E71

So have finally removed these from the Beast.

My wife just doesn’t drive it enough to warrant them being on the X5 and unsure what I’m doing with the X5 now.

These are made by PB Brakes and are superb. I’ve used them on track even, so can vouch for how they are. Took the X5 round Spa and Silverstone.

Front kit consists of big 8 pot calipers with 405mm 2 piece discs (20” rims minimum).
Rear kit consists of big 6 pot calipers with 380mm 2 piece discs.

Front discs and pads have loads of life left as only put the pads in about 3k miles ago and the discs have no real lip.
Rear discs have some score marks which I’ll get some pics of but still useable. Have some brand new rear pads anyway included.

I have purchased a full set of seals etc for all 4 calipers as I was planning to rebuild them all to ensure all ok. None of the calipers/pistons leak so they can go straight on but figure be better to replace them all before fitting.

Will get some pics of rear discs.

Only thing you will need is a new set of front braided hoses. Available from PB for £70 ($100) plus shipping.

These were over £3k from PB but I’m asking £800 ($1100) plus shipping.

Can always buy new adapters (or custom ones) and bells to fit a different application.

Thanks,

Raj.
