WTB all air box + tube + intake cover components

Hi:
Anyone has all the complete OEM (unbroken) air box components for sale? as the title stated, I need the complete a) air box, b) the air intake cover (on top of the radiator) and c) the intake tube that goes in between. My airbox mounting tabs/brackets and the cover secured holes are broken. Parts needed for 2005 X5 3.0L
