What are the edge protectors?

the edge protectors are the door seals. they are not required for the retrofit.

i have been looking these parts for a very long time can anyone point me in the right direction because people from different dealers are giving me prices that dont seem right and could buy a very nice set of rims and rubber for the prices that they have gave me. please can anyone help
