Spare Tire for X5 (E70)

Got a X5 with 3rd row seats (thus no spare tire).

I'm planning on replacing the runflats with non-run flats and was interested in buying the spare tire that is usually included in the X5 without 3rd row seats.

What is the part number for that item and how much could I get it for?
