BMW X5 Broken Center Armrest Latch

Hi all,

I have a 2001 BMW X5 with a broken latch on the top cell phone compartment of the center armrest. Just wondering if there are schematics on the web to attempt to fix this myself or if it's possible to simply purchase a new latch. Thanks in advance!
