Naw..can't be? Is that what that means? There is actually more to the form than the 1" inch text Wagner posted with text bleeding off the top and bottom? Thank you so much Eric. Now I understand how it works. :rolleyes:

I was being sarcastic. Although I do think that is a very strange and primitive section to have on a voter registration form.

A couple of weeks ago a business associate of mine from the Netherlands was visiting NY with his wife on vacation and we met for lunch. He said he had been watching the news from his hotel and was surprised at the whole "voter registration" thing. He said that in the Netherlands you don't need to register to vote and that all citizens can automatically vote once they are of age.
