More than likely it's a "Let's throw the bums out" issue.
You need to remember that a lot of other folks
voted for Omama as well so how would you describe them?

lost. or un-American. American is a place where you earn your way to the top. now we want to reward laziness. At the very least a person holding the position of running a country needs somewhat experience fighting in war. I don't feel too safe knowing that obama has not had to deal with this. The list could go on but that's at the top. I will have respect for who ever is president. But there is very very little that I can agree with.

We've had 16 consecutive years of leadership by Clinton and Bush who did not serve in the armed forces, let alone fight or lead during wartime prior to being POTUS. That is unless you count Bush's service in the National Guard. Moving forward, more and more candidates for the POTUS will not have military experience.

I received a letter the day after election from one of my potential clients. she had worse things to say about obama than most of the crowd here. We were awaiting her deposit to begin design work on her home, but in light of the election, she's decided to hold off, citing socialism and fear of her inability to afford the new tax plan and stay in business.

All I'd like to say is I hope the rest of you guys aren't encountering this and I hope it isn't a sign of things to come :yikes:

She is a tad premature. Any new tax regs wouldn't effect her till the Fall/Winter of 2009..assuming they even get passed on the first try.

:iagree:
Which is what i've been saying all along.....

:iagree: the way she was treated is beyond disrespectful. You just don't treat people that way.

So lets see because "10% of black America voted for Mccain there is a race
issue and the rest who voted for him are in your opinion are "lost. or un-American".

These statements and your additional comments I believe show your ignorance of historical facts.
You are entitled to your opinion but facts they are not.

For your information no President deals with the issue of conflict on his own.
That's where advisors, both military and strategic come in.

I haven't got a clue what Obama would do under the circumstances and neither do you.
But I would be willing to bet that it would be better than what GWB did..........
