That was actually in our Washington Post this morning, it was an interesting read.

I have friends who told me it isn't just the CIA doing this. Virtually all the units who have to work with the indigenous populations over there are handing out the little blue pills. Said the guys all know about it already, and it is quite an effective diplomatic tool.

Heck if they will do all that for a 4 hour Viagra I'm guessing they might give up Bin Laden for a 36 hour Cialis.

It appears the "SURGE" was, and continues to be successful after all.
