That would be one way to stimulate the economy, open relations with Cuba. It would also put Chavez and Putin on their heels a bit as since the 1950's, Cuba has been the collective fire point for S. America/Russian contingents that want to flex against the USA.

And hey, maybe GM could actually sell some cars there :dunno:

GM cars will be very futuristic compared to cars driven in Cuba. :) I believe they have some 40-50 year old cars tech there.
