Pirates

I am really getting sick of hearing about how some of the words best navy's are finding it hard or difficult to deal with these pirates. Come on guys we have the special boat service and the seal teams that are specifically trained to take out this sort of scum at a moments notice. What the hell are the politicians playing at by letting this sort of issue get to a point were we negotiate with these scum bags. As soon as an SOS or a request for help is received from any ship that is under threat from piracy, our forces should be dropped in to situation and to be given authority to terminate with extreme prejudice any act of piracy.

www.the912project.com This situation is an embarassment to the US and is quickly escalating to dangerous levels. According to CNN (Communist News Network) the "pirates" have just hijacked a US owned Italian flagged tugboat. What will happen next? Why are these terrorists not fish food by now? Our boy president and his cronies have certainly not made any decisive moves to make a brave, new statement. How's that hope and change thing working so far?

Pirates need to be put in their place. At the bottom of the ocean.

First of "Pirates" is a nice liberal term, they are "terrorists". But calling them terrorists would kind of give our military room to act, calling them pirates makes it a pithy corporate concern.

The Wagner response would have been as follows:

"Just in, US flagged boat attacked by Somali terrorists"
"Just in, 154 Tomahawk missiles have just hit Somalia along with 75 ballistic missiles."

I would also pass a US LAW that says any US FLAGGED ships persons were allowed to not only carry weapons, but be preemptive in their usage. If they see pirates/terrorists attempting to board their ship, they could open fire.

Right now, it is seeming to mimic the OJ Slow Drive Caravan...
I don't know the easy/good way to get the Captain back safely.

It would seem that the cost of arming these ships would be much less than the added cost of ransoms and insurance. They wouldn't even have to arm them all as long as the pirates know that there's potential to become instant chum.

The "pirates" and the US Captain are now 20-40 miles from the somalian coast, having drifted in that direction for the past three days. So what now, the US "observes and reports" the skinny's unloading the Captain on somalian soil never to be seen again? Maybe we'll get the lifeboat back at least. This is quickly adding up to be another early disappointment for the hope and change regime. At least the boy-president and his family can celebrate their new dog.......

Just see "Clinton 1993 Somalia" and you pretty much get the idea. Yeah, hope Obeyonecanoby is enjoying Easter while one of the country's citizens is captive because he refuses to take a position.

Don't we have Snipers? Why can't we sniper them out? I mean is it REALLY any loss of life?
