I think it's more important to think of what he would have NOT done. No cramming down our throats of a stimuloss package, no easy skate through of c(r)ap and tax, no socialized medicine, no "volunteer" corps, etc.. He generally would have had a harder time with everything, which is a good thing. The vacuum of debate on Obama's policies has been stunning.

What he would have done would have been a harder stance on Iran, NK, Chavez, etc.

And considering the loose lips of Biden, I don't think that Palin would or could be any worse than him.

:iagree:

McCain needs some classes in how to talk first and learn about the country. He thinks a plumber making $250k per year is normal.

I didn't know he actually admitted he regretted that decision.

He would not have gotten himself into this new unfortunate position (weak) with Russia.

He wouldn't have released the Iranian Terror Masters.

Obama’s release of the Quds terrorists is a natural continuation of his administration’s stunningly irresponsible policy of bartering terrorist prisoners for hostages. As I detailed here on June 24, Obama has already released a leader of the Iran-backed Asaib al-Haq terror network in Iraq, a jihadist who is among those responsible for the 2007 murders of five American troops in Karbala. While the release was ludicrously portrayed as an effort to further “Iraqi reconciliation” (as if that would be a valid reason to spring a terrorist who had killed Americans), it was in actuality a naïve attempt to secure the reciprocal release of five British hostages — and a predictably disastrous one: The terror network released only the corpses of two of the hostages, threatening to kill the remaining three (and who knows whether they still are alive?) unless other terror leaders were released.

You guys do realize that Joe the Plumber didn't make 250k, but he was simply asking a what if question. Simple enough, until the liberal bullshit media bias spun it and Obamas people spun it to attack an innocent civilian with a question instead of answer the guys question in the first place.
I know a lot of people who make 30-60k a year but someday hope to own their own business or already work for a small business and know the repercussions to their job if their employer is taxed to the extreme. There's nothing wrong with asking questions.
The media dug more into the qualifications of Joe being a plumber than they did into Obama being a president. Scary.

...and Palin's comments on seeing Russia, which were completely twisted and run non-stop in the media. Those two things got way too much play. It is scary, you are right.

We do realize and nothing wrong with asking questions but McCain in his debate with Obama did mention about a 'plumber' making 250k. McCain needs to get in touch with reality. He lost for a reason....and he was a bad choice for Republicans(I am no democrat). Obama did not win purely on media support, a weak opponent also helped him.

:iagree:, Not to mention Bush ruined it for just about anyone with a Republican name. I'm surprised McCain did as well as he did against Obama...
