"You are Retard"

FOXNews.com - Reid Compares Opponents of Health Care Reform to Supporters of Slavery

Reid said that the GOP would have defended Slavery. Apparently he needs to read up on his own party and their history with the KKK. Epic f-n fail Dems, EPIC.

If Congress, and the Senate, were all abducted by the UFOs tomorrow,
few of us would miss them or, their brilliant "work", imo.

Hold on there folks.....
Remember the American people
put these folks in office..............

Wagner 12-07-2009 08:06 PM

Not me :) I haven't voted for anyone of them aside from my Rep, who I still agree with :)

Quicksilver 12-07-2009 08:13 PM

Harry Reid said and I quote:
" Reid argued that Republicans are using
the same stalling tactics employed in the pre-Civil War era.

"Instead of joining us on the right side of history, all the Republicans can come up with is,
'slow down, stop everything, let's start over.' If you think you've heard these same excuses
before, you're right," Reid said Monday. "When this country belatedly recognized the wrongs
of slavery, there were those who dug in their heels and said 'slow down, it's too early, things aren't bad enough.'"

I don't have a clue what the republicans or the democrats
are doing at this point, but here's my question........Is he right?

Some of the opinions I've heard is that Republicans have
"done nothing but obstruct health care" in the Senate. Is that true?

Quicksilver 12-07-2009 08:16 PM

Somebody did and it's interesting that
no one ever owns up to it and supports
their candidate of choice..........

They SHOULD obstruct this kind of "progressive reform" in the Senate. It is absurd. Point of fact, today I went to the DR....showed my CF card, paid 10.00, got what I needed...walked out. Some broken health care system :thud:
