We can only hope. If the democrats were to lose Kennedy's seat, it would be a major statement.

It would be a fantastic statement!! One correction though; it is not Kennedy's seat, it belongs to the people of the state.

I guess so. The people voted a democrat for President. He is also the leader of the Democratic party. All presidents stump for their party while in office.

He is also being paid by the US government, not the Democratic party. Got to say, I really don't care what "all" presidents did..lets try to not keep the bar this low.
