BTW, the National Enquirer broke the Tiger Woods affair story. Tabloid garbage but they do get it right every so often. This story is gaining steam. Regardless of the truth I'm guessing things are tense in the Obama house right about now. Good thing there are plenty of extra rooms at the White House.

They aren't reporting an affair in your link. They are reporting that the National Enquirer is reporting an affair, and that there is no proof yet, despite rumours of a $1m bounty for such proof. Obama isn't the story, the rumour is the story. Is that rumour newsworthy?

I saw it in the National Enquirer the other day, in the check-out line.

The NE isn't top shelf journalism, but their track record of chasing an
eventual real fire where they smell smoke, is substantial.

I hope it isn't true in any way, as after the Clinton fiasco, and with
the current polarized political climate, the US does not need this
kind of carnival, imo.

If it happened in 2004, then why didn't they dig this up at presidential election time when they dig up every possible dirt for each other.
