"The Bitter Truth" About America's Future: Big CEOs Bash Obama
This week, Intel CEO Paul Otellini and Jim Tisch, CEO of Loews Corp. both blamed the President's policies for creating an environment of "uncertainty" that is crippling America's economy.
The Obama administration is "flummoxed by their experiment in Keynesian economics not working," Otellini said Monday in a speech in Aspen. Higher taxes and more regulation add an additional $1 billion to building a semiconductor manufacturing plant in the U.S. vs. overseas, the CEO said. As a result, "the next big thing will not be invented here. Jobs will not be created here," Otellini said, warning of "an inevitable erosion and shift of wealth, much like we're seeing today in Europe...this is the bitter truth." the bitter truth about americas future big ceos bash obama: Tech Ticker, Yahoo! Good to see more people bringing this up, while this trend didn't start with Barry, he's done nothing to address this or even stem it back
....and I'm already tired of this new idea that he is no superman, no he certainly is not no one is, but I don't remember any president being forced into there position .... i think we all need him to be a little more "we can fix this" and a little less "its not my fault, I inherited it" |
If anyone has been to Asia lately, you will notice how much its has changed with US like mega shopping malls and skylines which tops most US cities. You notice billboards with US brands everywhere and Americans co-mingling with local crowds. Double digit inflation rates...Thanks to outsourcing, etc. :(
