I recently had all four brake pads replaced on my BMW X5 (E70) by a BMW approved independent. The service included bleeding the brakes and refilling the car with BMW brake fluid. FYI, parts were purchased from a local BMW dealer by the mechanic. Total: $730 including labour OEM front brake pad set (front) -$220 approx OEM front brake pad set (rear) -$270 approx Sensors for the front were approximately $40 and the rears were $30 approx. Have I been overcharged? Mind sharing some experiences... Thanks. |

you could have saved a couple of hundred $$ going with aftermarket pads, otherwise price looks ok.

Thanks for contributing to the thread mate.
It seems after speaking to a few others that I have been charged stealership prices unfortunately. |

Out of curiosity what is the average you should be looking at paying from an Indy?
Mine is due in about 10k |
