Bought a new generic regulator with motor off ebay for about $40, works fine. I hardly ever put that RR window down anyway.

All three pumps were working but the tank drains itself from leaking fluid which appears to be coming from under the front footwell area so I assume that's from the hose going to the rear sprayer....
