The alarm can be set with my daughter(16 yo)inside, sitting still reading a book with the windows down and it will sound. Even if she didn't move or touch the doors.

We took everything down including the coil. The culprit were the two poly-looking buffers on either side of the cup on top of the coil.

I'm sure I'll be back with more...

The bushings look fine in my X so we're going with tightening the shock tower and see if that quiets her down.

Popping sound front left wheel

When going over a bump. I don't have access to a jack currently but it sounds like a control arm bushing. Do these cars have those?

Maybe you know the actual name or part number of the "splash shield" just forward of the firewall.
It looks as though it keeps water from washing down the windshield onto the engine by routing it to...
