Cargo Area Dimensions?

So I finally pulled the trigger on an X5! I pick it up sometime this week when my schedule allows. I forgot to measure the height in the cargo area from floor to ceiling to see what size dog crates...

Door Handle Issue In Later Models?

I am looking at some 05-06 X5's and have read through the threads on the door handle freeze problem. Has the problem been rectified in later models or does this issue still plague them as well?

Guys thanks for all of your input, there are some very valid points. Just looking for the right vehicle to come along 3.0 or 4.4 I'm pretty confident either will do.

I am in a similar situation as you are. From what I have read the air suspension is an easy fix with coil springs. I'm having trouble between the 4.4 and 3.0. The 3.0 is easier to work on...
