Extend Full Maintenance or Not

I have a 3.0 2009 X5 with 43,000 miles and an opportunity to extend the full BMW maintenance to 100K miles or 2/2015 for $2295. My initial thoughts are to extend as it has work for me in the past....

Sold my 2003 3.0 E53 with 151,000 mile and purchased an 2009 3.0i E70 with 22,000 miles. Looking for a home for the E53 Bentley Manual.

How difficult of a DIY project is the replacement of the bushings and what would be a reasonable price to have an indy complete the work. Any advise is welcomed.

Recently had the belts changed and SES light can on; diagnostics indicated misfires and O2 sensors. Can this be caused by changing the belts and or thermostat???? Any comments on this are welcome
