Checked all that. Going to get some starting fluid to see if it's not geting fuel or spark. Just weird it ran fine for a half hour after I went through the water no spitting or sputtering nothing....

Won't start after running through a puddle

It was raining very hard yesterday when I hit this puddle. It was on the right side of the truck and as deep as the curb maybe 6". After I went through it about 30 mph my self level inactive error...

Picked up the new voltage regulator from BMW...

Picked up the new voltage regulator from BMW saturday and installed it on the alternator. Alternator is putting out almost 15 volts. Did not know these had 14 volt alternators on them. Drove it...

Had the alternator tested today and its a bad regulator. ordered a new one from BMW for 105.00 it will be here thursday.

Better call Arnott! Just replaced mine a few months ago. 320.00 a side and lifetime warranty. if u say you found them on Ebay i think there 300 with free shipping.

Well I finished scoping the rest of the cylinders...

Coolant leak help please!!!

Hi all
I have a 04 4.8 found a coolant leak the other day from the front of the motor. Pulled everything apart thinking its the water pump but now i'm not so sure. There is a small about 1/4 in....

Stereo acting up anyone else

Before I take everything apart I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else? When I turn the car on the stereo plays fine for about 30 sec. after that the whole right side shuts off. Sub also....

I did the same thing on mine last weekend. I think the yellow calipers look great. Put the EBC yellow stuff pads on all the way around too. I like it!
