If "lock the car when in motion" is on, would this codding unlock the car when engine is switched off?

Just got my 2012 X5d from oil change, brake flush and few other small fixes, dealer reprogrammed "complete vehicle" to 2.49.1 version (supposedly to clear code 4B81) - anybody knows what...
