Trans. failsafe and ABS controler

I'm having trans.failsafe prog showing on my x5 (http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum/showthread.php?p=17327158#), 2001 4.4i. 104k miles
My code reader gave me the code P0600 ( can bus malfunction)....

Adjustting the headlights

I read many posts regarding the headlights beeing low during driving, and I think the adjusters are broken. Any idea where to buy'm , and a good link for DIY?
