PSI for 20" wheels (275/315)?

(2005 4.4 X5) I'm running 20" wheels with 275 in the front and 315 in the rear. I've done some searching, but not sure what the right PSI would be.

I had 315's on the rear of a Camaro...

I have hub rings already b/c the wheels I bought are 74.1. I don't mind getting some e70 lug bolts. What I don't understand is why the spacers bolt to the hub w/o issue.

1st shift always really hard

2005 4.4, runs great. The only really annoying and concerning thing is that the first shift is delayed a bit and then hits really hard. Anyone know what the deal is?

For reference, what is the safe offset min/max for the rear 10.5" wide? I didn't see that on the chart for the e53. ...
