STILL NOT STARTING
Ok your correct its a K+ Dcan cable with a switch that allows me to switch that allows me to switch from K to D will try and do the scan again and see what if anything comes up.

Yes its a switchable cable and i have tried the scanned on both sides but i try again then see what happens based on your information that you have given me.

Good day i did use a voltmeter to confirm battery voltage, as well as voltage at terminal B+ I also tried connecting a cable directly from the battery to terminal B+ to try and start the vehicle but...
