Heating CIC module to about 80F made it work without any problems. So the problem is with CIC.
Going back to BMW to get it replaced under extended warranty.

Taken car to another shop, they've replaced battery and after about 1 week of trying couldn't...

Agree, it was low. I don't drive this car too often . Just charged it and after 2 hours voltage stays at 12.6 volts.
Still same problem.

It's in a good condition, 11.7 Volt in the morning. Car starts right away.
Charged it to 100% while unplugged from the car.
Plugged it back, still the same problem.
