I think I was the first who figured fix for this in 2009 (I was posting about it). AC stopped working, I found coil dead....

All comes down to proper tools. #5 is not hard....

All comes down to proper tools. #5 is not hard. It's just 3 bolts that hold your compressor to engine. 2 upfront and one on a back. Pretty easy to get to. I did take them out so I can move compressor...

I do all the work myself, so I save there already. And I'd rather replace as much as I can even if it's a little overkill just to make sure it's good to go for a while.

Non-original CV Boot kits cost like $10 each, OE one is like $30

Does it make that much difference? If OE was at least 10-20k miles better I would go for them, but is it really like that?
