Thanks! any ideas how to free up whatever is blocking the cd from going into the unit? I spin the gear under the motor and it doesn't pull the tray back.

I just tried to update my Mk III system and I waited 15 mins. and the progress bar was all the way across, It never said to insert the map cd and ir WILL NOT eject the update cd. I turned the car off...

Is there a place to download current maps?
I have th Mk IV
the map version is 2001.2

I tried to search on here but only came up with OS downloads.
