New Map Colors

I was finally able to change my map colors, I just wanted to get rid of the grey background so I changed that and the color of the Highways, lakes, businesses and green area. Oh yeah, my city center...

No Street names?

From what I understand, the street name viewing distance changed in one of the software updates, correct? If so, shouldn't we be able to mess with that after we have extracted the files? I don't...
