Water pump isn't functioning and my warranty has expired already...

I was driving on the freeway yesterday and I heard some massive fan sound. Although deeply pushing the gas pedal, the RPM didn't go higher than 2500 rpm and it felt like a car is loosing power....

I've had the same problem since I bought mine in...

I've had the same problem since I bought mine in March 2007. I went to the dealership more than five times regarding on this issue. They always say that they can't duplicate the problem.

I've been owning my '07 E70 since it was a new and the mileage is about to hit 50k already. how are the extended warranty and CPO warranty different? I'm curious about a maintenance warranty as well....
