low speed brake noise ( not the usual squeal)
When I brake at low speed coming to a stop I get a chirping noise. Sounds like birds chirping. Never had this before and wondered what could be causing it?? Just happens when braking, not when...

Yes, it's probably the A/C...
Check and see if your A/C button is pushed. Even though you don't need cooling at those temps the A/C is taking moisture out of the air.
