Replace center console cup hold "finger"?

This is the X5 from center console cup holder springie "finger", three on each. One is missing. Is replacement available and how to install?

How to change front reading light?

THe left hand side is out. What kind of bulb and how to replace? I think the plastic cover plate needs tobe open?
