Any difference between 2010 X5M & 2011 X5M

Thinking about to get a used X5M. Does anyone know any cosmetic or options difference between 2010 & 2011? One thing I notice but not sure is the exhaust has chrome tips at the end? Any known issues...

It happens everytime on passenger side when someone sitting there. Has anyone got that message before? Has to be repaired by dealer?

Is CPO warranty same as Gold warranty?

My 08 E70 is a CPO. I was just wondering if the CPO 2 years or 100k miles warranty same as the GOLD waranty BMW selling? It covers everything except CD, A/C and NAV?
