2psi for every 1'' increase is only a general guide,I was told this by my tyre fitter,it's a good starting point and you won't go far wrong,
I increased from 19'' to 22'' and run with 37-38psi all...

Hi, I'm running 22'' kahn's with 295/30/ZR/22/103W, and as a rule of thumb,increase your tyre pressure 2psi for every 1'' increase in diameter,
(32psi for standard 19'' = 38psi for 22'').......
