Do I look for the version on the nav settings? Also, I would like the USA version of the discs. Preferrably the region 4 disc. Thanks for the help.

I just bought my wife a 2001 X5 3.0i with the Navigation. Only problem is that the only Nav disc in the car is the German disc. I believe that the unit has never been used. Two questions, how do I...
