Yes it is the bottom. For a second I thought that somebody snatched the disk so I tried to load another disk but I could feel resistance from the disk already in the DVD drive.

Sorry fo the delay in replying but I was on vacation. The camera view is partially blocked but still ok. After the initial setup the loading is fast and quite secure.

It is very easy to access the trunk. On the right side you will notice a green button. Once pressed, the rack slides away from the car and it clears the trunk easily. The rack slide away loaded too....
