What worries me is that if the flickering which results in resetting the system, happens during the upgrade, it could ruin the whole operating system. Any thoughts?

NAV issue - Please help!

I have a 2003 330ci with MKIV navigation unit with DVD. The screen has recently started flickering, basically a dark screen with some random flashes. After a while, the screen just works fine....
