I'm not able to find out why this mishap occurred and the qoute is not yet finalized, so it might end up being "reasonable".
As of now BMW does not seem to have a kit. Perhaps in a year...

On all papers supplied by the retailer - from price list, quoute to contract there is no E70 - only FF41a!
Where is E70 listed?
If this is the wrong thread - I have been unable to...
