If you can swing it, go for the 4.8is which has the newer xDrive system. If not for that, the BMW CPO is reason enough.

275/50/20 should fit a wheel with a width ranging (http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tiretech/tirespecskey.jsp#rimwidthrange) from 7.5" to 9.5"
