Alternator - are these slip rings too worn to reuse?

I pulled my alternator today, regulator brushes are way worn down, and the slip rings are heavily worn as well. See the picture below.


This alternator is from my 3.0i 2001 E53 with 200k miles.

Update: the locksmith opened the car by wedging...

Update: the locksmith opened the car by wedging the door open and using a rod to hit the rear hatch release.

Now I have to figure out if I want to fix this car or part it out.
