2006 X5 Low Radio Signal

THe radio in the car has a low signal strength. Dealer says system is working correct. Had this problem from day one!

Tried to install a poratable XM radio and it only works if the unit is...

The signal strength is very low. I have had the dealer look at the car and they tell me that the can not fix it.

Tried to install a portable XM radio and the radio does not pick up the unit...
