Red face Biggest Blunder of the Year!! Kid loses out on a 2010 Shelby Mustang GT500!!

This kid apparently sold his raffle ticket for $200 ...and minutes later they call out that very same ticket number and the guy loses out on a brand new Shelby Mustang!
