This just happened to me, i have not fixed it...

This just happened to me, i have not fixed it yet...If you get a pair of needle nose pliers you can pull it out while lifting on the window switch. Mine rolls up and down as long as i dont roll it...

Did you ever find what the problem was??? I having the same problem and I am about to just install a new monitor unit...Just want to make sure there is not another way to fix this.
